Search the Legal Journals Index to find references to articles on "res gestae" evidence.
The Legal Journals Index is a useful tool for searching for articles on a particular topic, and is included in the Westlaw journals database.
- From the Westlaw home page, select Journals, then Journals search from the navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Try searching for "res gestae evidence" in either the free text box or article title box. By using the inverted commas, the index will search for "res gestae evidence" as a phrase (rather than looking for each word separately).
- Then try typing in "res gestae" and see whether it makes a difference to the number of hits.
