Why can't I log into LexisLibrary?

Our answer:

If you see an error message that says Your attempt to sign in to the LexisNexis® services via Federated Access has failed that may be because you are logged into both Athens and the Portal.

Open a different internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.), or clear your cookies. Then try logging in again.
