The Online Library team are unable to accept password related enquiries such as, Athens account requests, password reset requests, and Kluwer Arbitration account requests through live chat.

If you wish to request an Athens account please complete the Athens registration form.

Enquiries which are not related to the Online Library should be directed to the student advice centre by completing the Ask a Question tab in the Portal.
