Why do I see 'Document unavailable' in ProQuest?

Our answer:

This usually happens because you are being automatically redirected to the wrong subscription. Please try the following:

1) Open a different internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.), do not log into the VLE and then try logging into ProQuest again

or

2) Make sure you are logged out of the VLE, then clear your cookies and then try logging into ProQuest again

 

If you are using a work device, you may need to use a different device to log into ProQuest.
