Search Westlaw to find section 23 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988.
- From the welcome page, select Legislation, then Legislation search from the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
- Enter "Criminal Justice Act 1988" in the Act/SI Title box.
- Select "section" from the Provision Number drop down box and enter 23 into the search box to the right.
- Click Search.
You will see that this section has now been repealed as it is marked with a red status Repealed symbol.
