You can talk to a librarian in real time using our Ask a Librarian Live Chat service. The librarians are available to chat between 9:30 and 16:30 UK time on weekdays. Sometimes we will be busy talking to other students during these hours. If a librarian is not available to chat, our chatbot will answer your question. You can leave a message for the librarians with the chatbot, and we will email you as soon as we can.
