
The Online Library appreciates how hard our students work. We know that exams can be very challenging, especially for many of our students who are already working, have families and other obligations outside of university.
That's why for this year's Mental Health Awareness Week, the Online Library is sharing some great books on how to handle some of these challenges:

The Gifts of Imperfection : Let Go of Who You Think You're Supposed to Be and Embrace Who You Are by Brené Brown
The New York Times bestseller that has sold out for more than 10 years running, this book brings joy, warmth, laughter and something for everyone, who reads it.

"Mindfulness-based therapy for insomnia." by Jason Ong
Sleepless sufferers will rejoice in reading this book. Chock full of guided suggestions for how to retrain your sleep patterns and explanations for why you may be experiencing insomnia at different stages in life, this book is a good reference to zip through and gain insight into what works for you.

Transforming ADHD by Greg Crosby
This book is full of tips, trick and technics that anyone can use...without going through a psychological background check or formal ADHD testing. Greg Crosby offers an easy to follow guide for anyone struggling with the various aspects of ADD and ADHD.

"Solving the Procrastination Puzzle: A Concise Guide to Strategies for Change" by Thomas Pychyl
Funny, inspirational and easy to read, this book includes scientific evidence based concepts. Psychyl has created a procrastination guide that isn't just for procrastinators. If there's one book you put off reading but shouldn't, it's this one....
