Why am I having problems accessing readings?

First, please make sure that you are logging in the right way. Take a look at our How do I login? FAQ.

If you are having problems logging in from the Summon search results, try logging into the database you need from your programme gateway page. Then search for the reading you need within the database. If you don't know which database you need, search for the book or journal in the A-Z Journals List.

A common solution to login problems is to open a different internet browser (for example, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) and try logging in again.

Clearing the cookies in your internet browser can also solve common problems. To find out how to do this, take a look at our cookies FAQ.
