Why am I having problems accessing readings?

First, please make sure that you are logging in the right way. Take a look at our How do I login? FAQ.
If you are having problems logging in from the Summon search results, try logging into the database you need from your programme gateway page. Then search for the reading you need within the database.
Problems can often be solved by trying to login while using an internet browser (for example, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) that you don't usually use.
Clearing the cookies in your internet browser can also solve common problems. To find out how to do this, take a look at our cookies FAQ.
