The Online Library’s enquiry service has an exciting new addition – an AI-powered chatbot. You can still talk to a librarian in real time by clicking the green ‘Chat with us!’ tab on the Online Library website. But if a librarian is not available to chat, you will talk to our chatbot instead.

Due to the global systems outage related to Crowdstrike, some search results in our Summon search engine were not linking to resources, and the A-Z Journals List was unavailable. The Kluwer Law Online and Orbis databases were also not accessible.

On the 22nd May, the Online Library had a webinar with students, which included a demonstration of the Online Library, followed by a Question and Answer session.
