New database: JustisOne

We are pleased to announce that students can now access JustisOne. It combines the full text content of Justis and the case citator JustCite into a single sophisticated database. Like JustCite, it searches across and links to our other legal databases such as LexisLibrary and Westlaw. It is therefore the best place to start your legal research.

JustisOne has many features designed to make your research easier and more comprehensive. To learn how to best use JustisOne, watch these training videos or read this JustisOne training guide.

JustisOne contains UK legislation from 1235 (as enacted), with links to amending instruments, and an extensive collection of reported, and unreported UK judgments from the House of Lords / Supreme Court Court of Appeal (Civil Division) and Court of Appeal (Criminal Division).

Law report series includes: the Times Law Reports, English Reports, Immigration Appeal Reports and CCH British Tax cases, and more.

JustisOne contains a powerful case citator which cross-references case law, and legislation, helping you to find leading authorities and determine whether a case is good law.
